At Awan Rental Service, we aim to provide reliable and flexible car rental services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms regarding booking cancellations and refunds.
1. Booking Cancellation
Customers may cancel their booking before the scheduled rental time by contacting Awan Rental Service through phone, email, or our website.
2. Cancellation Charges

If the booking is cancelled 24 hours before the rental time, a full refund may be provided.

If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the rental time, a cancellation fee may apply.

No refund will be provided once the rental period has started.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking. Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
4. Early Return
If a customer returns the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be issued for unused rental time.
5. Service Cancellation
Awan Rental Service reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle unavailability, maintenance issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
