Car Rental Agreement

Awan Rental Service

This Car Rental Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Awan Rental Service and the customer renting the vehicle.

1. Vehicle Rental

Awan Rental Service agrees to rent the selected vehicle to the customer for the agreed rental period based on the booking details provided.

2. Driver Eligibility

The renter must:

  • Be at least 21 years old

  • Possess a valid driving license

  • Provide identification if requested

3. Vehicle Condition

The customer confirms that the vehicle is received in good condition. The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition, except for normal wear and tear.

4. Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the time of delivery. Additional fuel charges may apply if the fuel level is lower.

5. Prohibited Uses

The rented vehicle must not be used for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Racing or reckless driving

  • Carrying illegal goods

  • Subleasing or renting to another person

6. Accidents and Damage

In case of accident, damage, or theft, the renter must immediately inform Awan Rental Service. The renter may be responsible for repair costs depending on the situation.

7. Traffic Violations

All traffic fines, penalties, or violations during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.

8. Late Return

Late return of the vehicle may result in additional charges based on hourly or daily rental rates.

9. Termination

Awan Rental Service reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the terms are violated.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By renting a vehicle from Awan Rental Service, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement.
