What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need a valid driving license (Pakistani or International), CNIC/Passport, and a credit/debit card for security deposit.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return. Extension is subject to vehicle availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Please check your booking confirmation for details.
What is included in the rental price?
Rental price includes the vehicle, basic insurance, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Fuel, toll taxes, and driver allowance (if applicable) are extra.
Is there a mileage limit?
Most rentals include generous daily mileage limits. Unlimited mileage options are available for select vehicles and rental plans. Please check the specific vehicle details.
Do I need a deposit?
No deposit is taken through this website. There is no checkout and no card form here - payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed directly with you once we have contacted you about your request.
Can I rent a car with a driver?
Yes, we offer chauffeur-driven services for all vehicle categories. Our professional drivers are experienced and knowledgeable about local routes.
Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off?
Yes, we provide airport transfer services for Islamabad International Airport, Lahore Allama Iqbal International Airport, and other major airports in Pakistan.
Do you deliver vehicles to hotels or homes?
Yes, we offer vehicle delivery and pickup service within Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Lahore for an additional fee. Please request this at the time of booking.
Can I rent nationwide?
Yes. We arrange car rental and transportation across Pakistan. Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore also have vehicle delivery and pickup. Send us your city, dates and preferred vehicle and we will confirm availability.
